For country lovers, try the many hikes and routes that the Sierra de la Almijara mountains provide, whether on foot or mountain bike. For sea lovers, you can choose between popular pastimes such as canoeing, water skiing, boat skydiving, boat hire and trips, or just swimming!
Impressive crystalline waters, surrounded by rugged vegetation. Don’t you know the water springs of Maro? This excursion requires about 2 and a half hours, with departures from Maro itself or the Burriana beach.

The crystalline waters from Nerja through Maro and onto Cerro Gordo invite you to practice snorkeling, a sport which doesn’t require any previous experience, just the necessary kit to allow yourself to enjoy nature. If you don’t have equipment and don’t wish to buy it, just let us know and we’ll provide you additional information.
You can’t come to Nerja without visiting the famous caves. Discovered in 1959 by local boys, and opened to the public in 1961, the Caves of Nerja provide an unforgettable and spectacular experience. The tours are sometimes hosted by Miguel Joven, a local actor who starred in a famous Spanish TV series in the early eighties, entitled “Verano Azul” (Blue Summer), which was filmed in its entirety in and around Nerja, including the Caves.
